Cyber Clean Balloon

Flying high across the Alps with the Cyber Clean hot air balloon

Our Cyber Clean hot air balloon has been making regular trips over the Central European Alps since 2011. The Alps is one of the great mountain ranges of Europe, stretching from Austria and Slovenia in the east through Italy, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and France in the west. The bright yellow balloon glides through the skies under the expert guidance of balloonist Stefan Zeberli, a two-time European Champion. A Swiss-native, Stefan Zeberli has been riding hot air balloons for more than ten years and has spent over 2000 hours in the air as the Pilot in command. He operates over a hundred flights annually, of which around 60 percent are competitive flights. Zeberli has flown over 55 times over the Alps during his career: our balloon takes him on the skies of Switzerland, Southern Germany, Eastern France and Western Austria. “There are only a few days in a year when the weather conditions are optimal for crossing over the Alps from Switzerland to Italy,” Mr. Zeberli explains. Winter is actually a preferred time for such flights as the wind currents are more favorable than in the summer. The 31-year old balloonist has flown over 35 countries but still values Switzerland as the most beautiful landscape. “The best views are definitely in Switzerland,” he concludes with a smile.

The Cyber Clean balloon is available for both passenger and commercial flights. For more information on Mr. Zeberli’s team, please visit http://www.ballon-zeberli.ch/.
